National Hepatitis B analyses

From this page you can view aggregate data from all participating centres, for antenatal, non-antenatal or questionnaire data. Click on one of the query titles below to search the database.

Local data specific to your centre are also available for comparison: click on Local Analyses.

For each query you can choose the period of time in which you are interested.

Dates shown relate to individuals' first tests at each sentinel centre. Age group is calculated on the basis of age at first test. Individuals whose samples were tested for confirmatory or quality control purposes are excluded. Some duplication of individual patients may occur due to limitations in the data supplied. All data are provisional.

Please note that participating centres have contributed data for different periods of time therefore these queries should not be used to assess trends in testing or prevalence over time. If you would like to request data on trends in testing, please contact Sarah Collins or Lisa Brant

The database contains data from January 2002 to March 2010
